      <image:title>About Me - A little about me!</image:title>
<image:caption>Hi!! I’m Koren, I grew up in a teeny tiny town outside of Pittsburgh, PA and since then have lived in many states through the years and currently reside in a tiny house in rural Texas. I hope to be able to add even more places to the list as time goes on!! I am a LYT yoga and fitness instructor, somatic facilitator, entrepreneur, sister, daughter, friend, advocate, and dog mom to 3 of the sweetest little senior dogs that have ever lived. I love adopting senior dogs and giving them a beautiful retirement! I have a huge heart for animals and am passionately vegan. I love to hike. I love coffee. I love to dance, I love to read. I love to wander around small towns and visit all the local businesses. I love comfy clothes. I love fall. I love listening to people talk about their passions. I love teaching. I could go on for days of things I love (because I also love to talk!). I have carried my love of movement throughout my life. From a young age I was a dancer and gymnast and eventually pursued a degree in Dance Performance at Kent State University. After injury and needing hip surgery in my twenties I began to become more interested in anatomy and functional movement patterns. This is what eventually led me to LYT yoga where I am a 500 hour certified instructor. I also have a Biomechanics certification from Pinnacle Performance. A self declared anatomy nerd I believes that movement is medicine and a huge component in aging well. I have a B.S. in Applied Behavioral Science from Pennsylvania State University. I knew I was drawn to helping people heal when I went down that path, but I wasn’t clear where that would lead me. Somatic facilitation and archetypal shadow work supported me through one of the most challenging seasons of my life and it was immediately clear to me that I needed to share this medicine with others. Compassion is at the forefront of my vision for all beings. I am excited to help people reach their fullest potential!</image:caption>

<image:title>Home - How Are Things Stacking Up With You?</image:title>
<image:caption>Improved posture does more than just make you look taller and more confident—it can actually boost your overall health and well-being. Good posture supports proper alignment, which can reduce back and neck pain, improve breathing and circulation, and even enhance digestion. Plus, standing tall can increase energy levels, boost mood, and make you feel more self-assured. I can help you improve your posture by teaching you about your personal biomechanics. Understanding how your body moves and functions can empower you to make conscious adjustments to your posture. This personalized approach can lead to improved posture, reduced pain, and better overall physical well-being for you.</image:caption>

<image:title>Home - Why is nervous system regulation so important?</image:title>
<image:caption>The nervous system isn't just about physical stuff like moving and breathing; it's also deeply connected to how we think, feel, and act. When it's balanced and regulated, we're more likely to feel calm, focused, and able to handle stress. But if it's dysregulated, it can mess with our mood, make us feel anxious or depressed, and even affect our ability to think clearly and make decisions. So, taking care of our nervous system is key for staying mentally healthy and feeling emotionally balanced. Somatic facilitation focuses on helping regulate the nervous system. Essentially, it's like giving your nervous system a tune-up, helping you feel more balanced and grounded both physically and emotionally.</image:caption>
